Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging. All tags and seals must be intact.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened products for reasons not due to a fault or error on our part.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds (on Eligible Items)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@tinkerz.com.au with your order details.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Tinkerz product arrives faulty, damaged, or is missing parts, please contact us immediately at support@tinkerz.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the faulty item.
Return Shipping
To return an eligible item, we will provide a physical address or arrange pick up.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. These costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We cannot be held responsible for return items lost in transit.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
